Roxanne Bales is a native Texan and was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She graduated from Bellaire High School in 1994.
In 1995, Roxanne moved to Austin where she attended Austin Community College (ACC) and then Texas State University. While attending ACC, she worked part-time in the banking industry and within six months had received her very first promotion. Her entrepreneurial spirit kicked in at a young age when she helped establish a specialty food business in 1997 that is still in operation today.
In 2001, Roxanne moved to Hermosa Beach, California, where she lived and worked over the next seven years. During this time she was made the VP of Sales and Marketing, West Coast Region, for the company that she had previously helped establish. The company’s specialty foods are still seen today in thousands of grocery stores throughout the United States, including Whole Foods, Central Market and HEB.
Roxanne subsequently moved back to the Austin area in 2007. She loves what she does and it shows in her work. Her life experiences taught her how, and, most importantly when to get aggressive on her clients’ behalf; but also, when to provide that all-important ‘human’ touch. The word “no” or “sorry, that just can’t be done” are not in her vocabulary. To her, there is always a way to get over, around or through any difficulty. Her drive and passion come naturally in life and in business.
Roxanne has gone above and beyond just getting the standard real estate license. While continuously educating herself in an ever-changing market, she has received numerous industry certifications and designations across the industry. Those designations include:

• GREEN Designation (Specializing in green building awareness)

When she is not helping her clients buy or sell their homes, she enjoys playing drums, traveling the world with her family, dancing the Texas two-step, exercising, cooking and spending time with her two, very well-trained Pomeranians.
