Tiffany Palmer - REALTOR®
I believe that whether you are buying or selling a home, it should be a smooth and enjoyable process.
The problem is that there is an overwhelming amount of noise out there that can make the buying or selling process crippling. This is where people settle for a home they didn’t really love, being oversold, or even buying something without getting all the facts.
Can you trust that the person you are working with will always put your best interests first?
I remember as a first time buyer, I was scared of the commitment to buy a home. I chose to work with a builder. It sounded great but there were a lot of unknowns: was I over paying, being taken advantage of...could I trust them to be my advocate? I knew just enough about the home buying process to get started; however, what I really needed was someone in my corner who could help me know what I didn’t know and fight for my best interests. Unfortunately, I had to do a lot of the defending on my own. It was a very emotionally draining process.
Once the keys to my new home were handed to me I felt a massive relief. I did it; however, I realized that the process didn’t have to be as overwhelming as it was. That is when I decided to pursue my real estate license with the mission of making the buying and selling process fun and enjoyable. I am not only my client’s advocate, but also their partner in crime. I focus on educating and empowering my clients to ensure that we are always on the same page and working together to honor their best interests. It’s all about building trust.
I guarantee that if you don't have a great time working with me that I'll buy you tacos! Actually, I'll buy you tacos regardless because I am that much fun to work with.
